WHO WE AREASAM is a progressive Modelmaking and Sculpture Studio that produces a wide range of unique pieces for Film and Television productions as well as Commercials, Events and Interpretive Centres.
In addition to the provision of bespoke large scale sculptural elements, we provide all the standard services of a Modelmaking/Sculptural Workshop. In our production process we create with a wide variety materials from sugar glass to steel, polystyrene to plastaline. We have the experience to create large-scale sculptural sets down to tiny miniatures. We can engage in the design phase, and create the designers imagined objective. We also have the creative talent pool to follow even the loosest of briefs to create and design the 3dimensional elements as desired. By combining traditional handcraft skills with the latest digital technology we take creative responsibility for every project as we carefully guide the production process from its inception through to a highly finished piece. |
OUR HISTORYASAM was founded by Eleonora McNamara, an established model maker and sculptor in her own right.
The company was formed to meet the evolving needs of this creative industry in particular its rapid progression in the world of digital fabrication. THE ASAM TEAMA wealth of experience, brains and creativity!
